WIN A TRIP TO ROME PRIZE DRAW

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. PROMOTER

1.1 The promoter of this competition is Knead Pizza NI (“the Promoter”).

1.2 This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any airline, airport, hotel, social media platform, or any third party unless expressly stated.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1 Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Ireland aged 18 years or over.

2.2 Employees of the Promoter, associated companies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and may require proof of age, identity, and address.

3. COMPETITION PERIOD

3.1 The competition opens on June 7th 2026, and closes at Midnight on August 16th.

3.2 Entries received after the closing date will not be included.

4. HOW TO ENTER

4.1 Entry mechanics shall be as advertised by the Promoter.

4.2 No purchase is necessary unless otherwise stated.

4.3 Multiple entries are permitted only if expressly stated in the competition advertisement.

4.4 Incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, automated, or duplicate entries may be disqualified.

5. THE PRIZE

5.1 One winner will receive:

(a) Return flights for two people from Belfast International Airport to Rome;

(b) Accommodation selected by the Promoter for two people;

(c) Two pizzas and two drinks at Flax & Soda Belfast International Airport prior to departure.

5.2 Flights from Belfast International Airport to Rome are expected to commence from October 2026. Travel cannot take place before the commencement of the route and will be arranged for dates determined by the Promoter after October 2026.

5.3 Travel dates shall be selected by the Promoter at its sole discretion, subject to availability.

5.4 If the winner wishes to travel on alternative dates, upgrade flights, extend the trip, alter the itinerary, or choose different accommodation, the winner shall be responsible for paying any additional costs incurred.

5.5 The hotel and accommodation provider will be selected by the Promoter. Any requested changes by the winner shall be at the winner’s expense.

5.6 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash alternative.

5.7 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize or any element of the prize with a prize of equal or greater value where reasonably necessary.

5.8 The prize excludes travel insurance, airport transfers, baggage fees, seat selection fees, meals (other than those expressly stated), spending money, passports, visas, taxes not included within the booking, vaccinations, and any other personal expenses.

6. WINNER SELECTION

6.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

6.2 The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided.

6.3 If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 14 days, is ineligible, or declines the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

7.1 The winner and their guest are solely responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, travel documents, visas, insurance, health documentation, and any other requirements necessary for travel.

7.2 The winner and guest must comply with all airline, airport, accommodation provider, and governmental requirements.

7.3 Failure to meet travel requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize without compensation.

8. CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, AND FORCE MAJEURE

8.1 The Promoter shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, route changes, schedule changes, overbookings, strikes, industrial disputes, weather events, acts of government, public health restrictions, force majeure events, or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

8.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for changes made by airlines, airports, hotels, accommodation providers, transport providers, or any third party involved in providing the prize.

8.3 Where any part of the prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to amend, postpone, substitute, or cancel that element of the prize.

9. LIABILITY

9.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9.2 Subject to clause 9.1, the Promoter shall not be liable for:

(a) any loss, damage, injury, illness, accident, disappointment, inconvenience, delay, or expense suffered by the winner or any third party;

(b) any loss arising from travel, accommodation, transportation, activities, or use of the prize;

(c) any acts or omissions of airlines, hotels, airports, restaurants, transport providers, or other third parties;

(d) any indirect, consequential, or economic loss.

9.3 Participation in the competition and acceptance of the prize is entirely at the winner’s own risk.

10. PUBLICITY

10.1 The winner agrees that the Promoter may use their first name, photograph, likeness, and general location for reasonable promotional and publicity purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10.2 The winner may be asked to participate in promotional activities relating to the competition.

11. DATA PROTECTION

11.1 Personal information supplied during the competition will be processed solely for the administration of the competition and prize fulfilment, unless the entrant has separately consented to marketing communications.

11.2 Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

12. DISQUALIFICATION

12.1 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

(a) breaches these Terms and Conditions;

(b) provides false or misleading information;

(c) acts fraudulently or dishonestly;

(d) attempts to manipulate or interfere with the competition.

13. GENERAL

13.1 The Promoter’s decision regarding all matters relating to the competition shall be final.

13.2 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw, or cancel the competition at any time where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

13.3 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
